I just moved to Lafayette, Louisiana and am interested in taking a real estate salesperson course in attempts to make some good money. Please help me someone. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

What you need to do is contact one, or several of the large realestate companies in your area. It is almost as though you were applying for a job, only in realestate it is a little in reverse. You try to determine which company will offer the best training and opportunity. Keep in mind that you have to pay for the training yourself and then you will have to pass a test for a state liscense and then work for nothing until you can build up some business.
While you can make money, it takes one or two years before you even see any. You need to be able to survive that long to make it.

To broad of a question, market research is best utilized when focused on the group your trying to attract. Unless your looking to see what cross group is attracted to your idea or product. Come up with a list of questions pertaining to the idea or product, make sure to put in cross check questions, same question asked differently. I.E. Do you like the color red\brown or yellow much further down ask which do you prefer red,brown or yellow for this product. You may get more yes for red but for this product brown.. good info to have..
Good market research is a science, not done correctly can get you terrible results. And loose you money....
