I know most people will say he is underrated and unappreciated, but isnt it time for the chiefs to free up some salary cap and get younger players. huard proved he was a legit starter, and kc suffered from green's return last year. shouldnt management be more aggressive in dumping green for some new fresh talent, instead of going with the same old stuff and either missing the playoffs or getting eliminated in the first round. at what point does good become not good enough?!?!?

Because Carl Peterson is a douchebag and thinks that Miami's need for a QB is more than KC's need to get rid of Green. He thinks if he waits long enough, Miami will break down and give him the ridiculously high draft pick he wants for Green and if not the Chiefs can still fit his $7 mil under the cap. I'm a Chiefs fan and I love how Trent Green played, but there's nothing more he can do for the team and he needs to go. Peterson needs to get off his *** and get the trade done already.

As a life-time fan of my cherished Chiefs Trent green has had the optimal passer score in the NFL with the quantity one offence for the final 4 seasons up till final year while a miles less costly shot forced him to the sidelines. Can Trent green nonetheless play to the point that we've considered, NO with the departure of Will Shields Willie Roaf Kyle Turley and no help what so ever with sub par recievers it may probable be a greater suitable selection for Trent to circulate on. If he keeps to be right here he's taking a large probability of having heavily injury. My answer is do away with Carl Peterson he has controlled to tear aside the Kansas city Chiefs i think its going to be a mutually as in the previous the Chiefs return to the communities we are used to seeing...... Take Care

Green has a deal worked out with Miami. KC wants nothing less than a 4th round pick but Miami will give up nothing more than a 6th round pick. And since Green is still under contract with the Chiefs, he's at mini camp and off season workouts.

Because Lamar is gone. The head of player personnel is gone. The offensive line is gone.

Aside from that, things are looking pretty average down at Arrowhead.

I believe it's because neither Carl Petersen or Herm Edwards have any idea what they're doing.
