I got an e-mail about claiming a UK Sweepstakes. This is a new bend in spam or phishing ? I don't know what it is, any help is A-OK.

It is a phishing scam, related to the Nigerian scammers

I've gotten that email 5 times today alone!

It's all crap, just delete it. Remember, if it sounds to good to be true ... it probably is.
