I have found that Mandy.com, craigslist.com are great free sites.
if you want to spend a little money, there are some sites that you can belong to...you just have to find the best one for you

Actors get auditions through their talent agent.
If you don't have a talent agent, ask your actor friends the best way to find out when auditions are being held.
Also look on: backstage.com

Durant.com is a great site because it has auditions for stage and movies. it's free to be a member and they send u info about upcoming auditions :)
