looks like a great concern to me. My epidermis is so dry each and all of the time. i won't be able to scratch my head with out a cascade of dandruff dropping rain on me. i might wash my face a pair circumstances an afternoon if i became you so the oil does not construct up.

no, I'd save it and grow it real long- it's a lot easier to pick up the kinda-cute-after-some-beers plumps with long cotton candy hair!
