Depends....if your mother and father only had children with each other, then you have 2 sisters....if you are the only child your mother and father had together then you could have up to 4.

Boy, that's a tough one... unless your parents were married before, and they SEPARATELY had two girls, then married and had you, then the answer would be slightly different.
