help me, i don't get this!!?

Explain why a balloon filled with helium will float up, but an indentical balloon filled to the same point with air at the same temperature and pressure will not float up.

Helium has a lighter density than air, so it floats up.

A balloon filled with air is not lighter than air, so it doesn't float up
