1.) No one drove over the fence. You can see where it's damaged from being driven through.
2.) There was a driver in the car. What else would hit the breaks when we see the break lights?
3.) A license plate has nothing to do with anything.
4.) This was at night. There could easily have been a hill that we couldn't see. The car drove over the hill and we no longer see it.
5.) Ghosts do not exist.

the guy and the car was an entity that showed to the camera like it was and certain entitys have the power to do that and anther reason is he pry messed up in his religon soo or he died in that car for example someone died in a accident on december 7,1941 well never know why that guy and the car was like that usally enitys send a message before they dissaper i belive the fence was his was his way of leaving and usally entities dissaper where they died

oooh,I've seen this the one where the cop is chasing it then it seems to just go right through the fence? its on break.com, freaky weird! theres your proof though,but from my own personal experiences i believe in that stuff!!!
