That's a toughie! Some don't consider Guns N' Roses a hair band, but I think they're the best 80's 90's and best band of all time period.
If you don't consider GN'R, then Motley Crue.
My runners up? Skid Row, Winger, Poison, Def Leppard, Twisted Sister, Bon Jovi, White Snake, White Lion, Tesla, Quiet Riot. In that order!

nicely i seem at it like this. in the 70's maximum all rock song became very extreme, ordinarily political or another social themes and so on. by way of the time the 80's got here over it became time to occasion. each and every song became the two some occasion, drugs or bangin chics. Very hardly might a band be placed on the radio with extreme songs. and that i enjoyed it, i prefer to have relaxing. yet some bands have been extreme and solid too, like. Tesla
