Carter. He's old enough to know better, at an age when he should be reflecting honestly on his life, and what is he doing? Judging the sitting president for trying to stop what he should have stopped 27 years ago.

I think that although Carter was extremly unpopular, he had great attitude toward human rights and domestic issues. He also seemed very sympathetic to foreign conflicts. Clinton on the other hand was president during a pretty big economic boom in the U.S. I'm not sure if it was due to his policies or whether he just got elected at the time of economic prosperity. Carter had wisdom but he didn't act on it well. Or he's what some say a person ahead of his time. Its tough, but I'd like to say Clinton.

That's a tough question, Carter is a bitter old man who destroyed Americans self esteem and destroyed the economy and set in motion the groundwork for todays Islamofacism.
Buba on the otherhand soiled the oval office along with Monica's dress and was impeached for lying to the grand jury,

carter, easy. carter is responsible for the leadership in Iran. and he "monitored" the marxist election in Venezuela and approved it (what was he smoking?). He interfered with foreign relations when Clinton was President by heading over to North Korea and tried to negotiate without any real authority or permission from anyone.Carter is a strange bird. I think he is full of himself, and could use a dose of humility.

i dk they where both manupitive and incompitent but at least clinton is doing something useful (charity work) when carter is terring the contry apart

Carter by a long shot. He nearly destroyed America as president and has now decided to destroy the position of ex-president by constantly sticking his two cents in where it is highly inappropriate.

I can't believe he has the nerve to criticize the current presidency after his abortion of a presidency for 4 years which he FAILED to get re-elected for.
