Definitely tetrahedral geometry at each carbon, which is due to SP3 orbital hybridization at each carbon atom.

You have two CH3 groups bonded together. Each carbon uses sp3 bonding, and 3 of the 4 bonds of each bond with H. The 4th bond of each bonds with the other carbon.
