okay-so my period is a little abnormal to begin with - I get my period on the 15th of one month and then the next month I get it around the 25th, and then the next month it is back on the 15th...this has been the pattern for years - not only that my normal periods are extremely heavy, long (8 days) and very painful - I have never had a period without really bad cramping.

This past month I was suppose to get it around the 25th - but instead I got it on the 14th - and there are no cramps and extremely light - NOT NORMAL. And I have been craving really odd food...like pepperoni at 8 in the morning. I did have unprotected sex starting about a week after my period ended last time.

Is there anyway that i am pregnant right now...or am I just freaking out?

Implantation bleeding would be very light bleeding, it would be little dots of blood nothing heavy to fill a tampoon or pad or anything like that. This usually only occurs for a day or two. If you saw blood when taking a shower that means your periods heavy and your not pregnant. You would be able to tell the difference most women don't even need a pad or tampoon when they are experiencing implantation bleeding, that would occur right around when your period is due.

Yes, when there is sex, there is a way!
You could have experienced bleeding from implantation,
You could have alternately just had an ovarian cyst that ruptured, bleeding caused by sex, or a number of other possible causes.
It's always a good idea to keep a journal of your cycle. This can really help your gyno figure out the possible issues you are facing.

it could be really likely that you are pregnant since you had unprotected sex. are you on any birth control? it would be less likely if you were regularly on it. however that does not seem like the case. however, you could also just be stressing out and that could cause such problems. since you already believe that you had your period, the easiest way to confirm whether or not you are is to take a home pregnancy test, which is pretty accurate or go to a planned parenthood, where they do it for free.
