I take the first sentence and repeat it over and over. when i get that sentence i add the next saying the first and second sentence over and over and so on. Also writing the lines down can help but don't just copy them, think about them as you write.

Two weeks, eh? You can do it. Here are some interesting web sites that might help:
http://www.artstheatre.org.uk/BugsyInfo06.doc
http://www.northern.edu/wild/DanY/Acting/Memorization_Techniques2.pdf
http://timthefoolman.wordpress.com/2006/01/27/theater-of-my-mind/
You can find more by googling: memorization techniques learning lines. Or, even typing in Bugsy Malone.

Putting the line before yours, yours, and the one after it on note cards is one that a friend of mine does.
I think one of the best ways to do it is to go through the entire thing with a friend multiple times.
Also, reading your part out loud a couple times right before you go to bed has helped me sometimes.

Read your lines and the cues into your laptop and save it as an mp3 for your iPod/mp3 player/pda. Listen to them ALL the time, and say the lines along with the recording.

If you sing it out with a familiar song, and repeating it like 100x that should work. The song should be something that has a unforgettable tune. A song that is really hard to get out of your mind.
