Well if they are "so poor and hungry" and covered in flies, wouldn't sex be the LAST thing on your mind???

We're feeding the kids because the parents are idiots. I personally think birth control would not work. What would work is a 30 foot high electric fence right down the middle of the African continent, men on one side, women on the other.

If they were provided with birth control, their numbers would diminish and may eventually die out. Like it or not, they need to keep procreating just so they don't all disappear. And they need to be fed and obviously their governments don't give a crap about them.
And, covered in flies or not, the instinct to survive is very strong and what a person looked like doesn't have much to do with it.

Let's stick with the issue these kids are already here and are hungry. Dealing with birth control is a whole seperate problem.

Because it's the right thing to do. You cannot regulate sexuality, you cannot force birth control on the masses. China does, but they fail miserably. They cause the death of many female babies who are murdered simply for being female.

well. since we didnt starting birth controling before. millions of children were borned and because they arent so lucky like we are they starv to death.
if youre kind, and generous we should try to help them by giving some food.
now. hope the goverment think about birth control before horrible consequences happen...

Bush doesn't approve of birth control. Besides, the children are already here. If you don't approve, then don't contribute. You don't need to stop other people from giving to charity.

How is a birth control pill going to help a hungry kid tonight? Do you think we should just give them pills and nothing to eat?

One can not force there believes on other people. You got to remember that there are some people who do not believe in birth control.

We should feed them their parents can't get jobs and they need food just as much as us and none of us would like it if we were stuck in that position.
