His behavior was inappropriate and probably illegal but it does not sound, from what you have said here, that it rose to the level of rape as defined in law, but its kind of hard to determine because you have deliberately not been specific. An important element of the crime has not been mentioned so we can only assume it was lacking.

If you didnt want him to do it yes it was RAPE, a VERY serious accuasation to make. So if your for real you need to talk to your parents or the police. I know alot of victims of rape dont like to expose the secret because they feel guilty like it was their fault but its not. My point being if you are lying that is just plum dumb. for what are you writing, there was not penetration what so ever..so I was not a rape...Now he touches you without your consent, Is Sexual Harassment!!!
So tell your parents, and go to the police as soonest you can!!!!, because if you don't stop him now...he wont stop anytime soon, because he knows you are too afraid, and that will lead to a rape...

This would actually fall under molestation more than rape i think but it's still VERY SICK AND WRONG and VERY ILLEGAL!!. Tell the authorities IMMEDIATELY! Don't EVER let anyone get away with violating you like that.

Rape is when someone forces you to have sexual intercourse. What you described would be sexual assault. He can get in big trouble with either one...
