Rich people find ways to legally pay the lowest pay possible, BUT the worse is that they always find ways of not sharing bonus.

People need to earn their money and not just given since there are a lot of SLACKERS that want to get the same pay as those who work.

A lot of slackers work at 12920 Foothill Blvd, San Fernando CA 91340 and those that REALLY do the work as taken for granted and given a lot of stress and management(they are so so and the founder and creator would fire the current chairman of the board) does not set an example but are greedy. All of the SLACKERS are from 19 to 29 years old except the one that will be 64 years old in August. The 63 year old man is already counting his days when he retires since he was not helped by management when he was a supervisor and ends up doing most of the work.

Socialism should NEVER mean becoming lazy but to being rewarded for honest and intelligent work !!! Always share credit as well as to appreciate those that want to work.

Capitalism in its true form has no rules allow no-one get wealthy and it would be elitist. The rich stay rich and disregard lesser as inferiors.

Socialist is a better but never forget to be prepared with contingency plans for cost overruns. Cost overruns is what hampers Socialism.

To put it simply, Socialism only succeeds in making everyone equally miserable. There is no inequality because everyone is equally poor except for the Ruling class. You have probably seen films of the old Soviet Union. The leaders rode around in limos and looked pretty well fed while the citizens were starving. Same as North Korea and (until they embraced Capitalistic reforms) China.

Capitalism is the most productive. Some people think there is inequality because there are rich, middle class and poor. But this is not correct. There is equality of opportunity not equality of results. A person can improve his or her station in life through hard work, good decisions and education.

No matter how hard you work or seek to improve your life in Socialism you are not permitted to.

Do your own homework. Or use this...
Capatalism means all profits of economic production go to the Capitol. People living in the capitol get richer while the rest starve. This is why the Roman empire fell. The Romans would conquer a territory and send all of the economic production back to Rome. under the Roman capitalist system nobody enjoyed the fruits of their own labor, so they just stopped producing. Then wealthy Christian tourists came and bought up Rome and turned it into a tourist attraction.
In Socialism, economic production is measured in terms of friendship points. The more Socially active your population the more points. Thats why countries like China and Russia like socialism; they're a bunch of party animals.

Look around the world and you will find out. Capitalism tends to allow the individual to own property, work hard and build personal wealth, and to build greater wealth that person then hires others who gain advantage. Socialism, on the other hand, punishes the hard worker, benefits the bureaucrat, and depresses economic growth. Is it any wonder that Socialisms have stagnant economic growth and a large sector of poor, whereas countries like the US have a burgeoning economy and low unemployment?

Assuming that America actually produced any products, productivity could be an issue.
