To those of you who had to ask! A 'tosser' is kind of a wanker, one who slaps the donkey, plays with their private parts on a more than regular basis, a jerk, a self opinionated jack off who cares only about his or her self and to hell with the rest. I do hope that it is a little clearer now.
To the person who prays for Bush and Co: If god exists I don't think he or she would support Bush but hey! Just keep praying anyway.
