Can I get some help on this? I know it has to do with geographical advantages but specifically what? I also remember something about cultural practices.

The I.R. began in England. Because wood was a major resource it was quickly depleting. Coal became a cheaper form of fuel. England had lots of it. The population was exploding therefore, it had a large work force. Entire families worked in the factories.

-These countries had people who were willing to invest or Capital.
-There governments supported such investments and had economic policies that would allow large businesses to thrive.
-Resources. Both from the ground and manpower.
