Do you have to have an active my space account to receive request for people to be your friends? My husband has a account but it says it hasn't been logged on since 11-06, I was trying to find a site I was on days ago and came across a couple requests in his mail in the history log. I guess i'm wondering if he may have a different account that he uses now?

With MySpace, you can only get notifications sent to the email you signed up the account with - so if you looked up that account and it said he hadn't logged in since 11/06, then it hadn't been logged into.

To answer your question, you don't have to have an "active" account. You can go months and months without being on and you can get friend requests. In most cases they are bots randomly spamming everyone with friend requests so he's most likely just ignoring them - but if he was responding to them in any way, it would show that he had logged in.

I can send a request to be his friend... it doesn't matter if he has not been logged on in months... many months... a year...

He can delete the account... then no one can send him a request... and his account will be deleted on all of his prior friends list also... the big red X.... (gone - no longer an active profile)

Yes, he has to have an active one, but doesn't mean he is going on it since it said Nov. of 06. It is your business about his My Space, you are his wife and these type of things can sometimes lead to chats and such that a married man sure doesn't need to be doing.

Yeap My Space is a dangerous site for married couples, especially men, I had a account once and I ran into a few married men claiming to be single but when your bright they cant fool you.

If you feel that he has account, he has it, just tell him get out in the open.

good luck

IDK why each and every guy or woman is so worried approximately myspace each and every of the time and the area they're on peoples chum checklist. in case you all are good friends, then this is going to possibly no longer bear in mind the area you're on the checklist. i'm fortunate and have met and have some quite large friends. no longer all of them could desire to be # a million or perhaps # 5. My rather friends be conscious of how i've got have been given self assurance approximately them, no bear in mind the area they're on my "checklist".

ok well not that I think you should be snooping but I would just talk to him about it. If not then go back to that email and the friend requests read them and see if its the one that he hasnt been on in awhile. Honestly just talk to him.

LEAVE IT ALONE!!! Give him privacy and trust that he is making the right decisions. I've learned that if you look hard enough you will find. Instead, let God bring it to the light for you. Don't look for it because then you will find trouble and it will be harder. Just trust that he is being smart, leave it alone.

Nope don't use myspace at all. Even if he's getting requests doesn't mean he is paying any attention to them.
