Seems to be a an anti-spy/security program that helps remove things that may be slowing down your system. I have not personally reviewed this product, but it seems like it's a hot item, and it looks like it's gotten better outcomes than some payed programs out there. I would recommend it; it certainly is not going to hurt your system, and may actually help to speed it up! I would say go for it, if you are unsure, read some of the user reviews, they help too! Check it out! Also, if you still have questions, do some background searches on the publisher!

I believe it said it was some type of a PC Optimization Program.
