i did'nt use any bad words, and ask if they wanted to kick someones butt. does this warrant censorship. i would never threaten anyone, or ask anyone to hurt anybody. i was using my question to spark debate , and hear from average american women, about what they think of this particular subject.

Never had a question pulled. But Yahoo is entitled to set rules and enforce rules for their site.

The US First Amendment does NOT apply here. The US First Amendment or "Freedom Of Speech" is only a rule for the government. It is the government that cannot restrict speech.

Private companies like Yahoo can restrict speech on its sites.

So you asked something that violated the rules set by Yahoo and that YOU AGREED to abide by when you signed up for Yahoo Answers.

Not what you wanted to hear, but the truth is sometimes hard to take.
