Insert the Boot Disk into the CD RoM Drive. Reboot the Computer. While the PC is rebooting hit ' F2 ' to get into the BIOS and change your boot options.
Make sure that the CD RoM Drive is selected as the first Boot Drive.
Save and exit. The PC will boot up automatically from the CD RoM.

Control f11 will give you factory restore. F12 at startup will give you ONE TIME boot device menu. Jeffery's answer is good, but that wll alter your boot more than one time.
