my sister put a password on our pc, so now i can only use it when she lets me.
what's a good software that will let me get this password?

Your SISTER put a password on your computer. Your PARENTS didn't seem to mind the idea one of their children password protected their computer against their will.
Do you know what a BULL-SH*T detector is?
Cause my BS detector needle is pegged right now.

you can use keylogger, when she allowed you to use the computer just install it... all the keyboard stroke will now be recorded and you can easily find her password the next time you use the computer...
