Ronald is correct, Wilbur Wood was a left handed knuckle ball pitcher.
The site below says he threw a knuckleball, but never says he was left handed. However there is a picture of him on this site, the glove is on the right hand, therfore he is left handed, good info Ronald!

I'm pretty sure that Wilbur Wood was a lefthanded knuckleball pitcher with the Chicago White Sox. I remember him starting both games of a doubleheader one time in the 1970's.

Wilbur Wood is the one I thought of first.
Others from the BR.com wiki: Gene Bearden, Danny Boone, Jim Davis, Wes Flowers, Larry French, Mickey Haefner, Paul LaPalme, Bill Lefebvre, and Nap Rucker.
The southpaw knuckler is a rare breed.

Not that I recall. Good question tho. I wonder why not? Probably because a lot of lefties can get by with tossing junk even if they don't have a good fastball. Look how many lefties there are whose only job it is to get one out late in a game. I guess what I'm trying to say is that since lefties are a lot more rare than righties, lefties don't have to go to the knuckleball to prolong their careers like righties do.
