It's a simple mathematical formula 'reversal'. Obtaining such a percentage requires multiplication of the starting total cost by .03, which is the mathematical formula for 3%. To get back to the starting point, take the $5520 and DIVIDE it by .03 to get back to $184,000 as the total starting cost.

if $5520 represent 3% of the cost
$1840 represent 1% 5520 : 3 = $1840
100% of the cost would be $1840 X100 =$184000

As with all great universal principles and laws, over the centuries mankind has managed to reduce the immensity of Karma to a mundane simplicity. Karma has been reduced to the idea that if you do a few good deeds, a few good things will return to you; if you're a good person in this life you'll get a better deal in the next life. With this simplistic way of thinking, it's not really much different to the Western idea of being good in this life so that you will go to heaven after life. Simplistic Karma: I abused someone this morning; this afternoon I broke my toe on a rock. "That's Karma!!" Simplistic Christianity: I abused someone this morning; this afternoon I broke my toe on a rock. "The devil made me abuse the person; God punished me this afternoon!!" Can you see a poster there? Cheers.
