It is as if you need a partner to be around all the time. It is not good for anyone to be so driven to have "someone", "anyone at all", all of the time.
Does the word fickle apply? If this includes sexual attraction and need, it is a more serious problem, especially for your girlfriend.
If you care about yourself and her, you should talk about this with a professional therapist, before you open both of you to a world of hurt.

Do Not let it start turning into an obsession!!!!!!! It sounds kinda freaky to me that you would want to walk up to strangers and tell them that you love them. I would make an appointment with a professional to just get yourself back in check.

you arent alone, alot of women are the same way, they fall in love with anyone who smiles at them or speaks to them, and some with anyone who shows any form of kindness. It's all imagined in their minds that the person has feelings for them and they create this instant relationship with a complete stranger in their mind. some even go as far as stalking to try to become apart of the target of their affections life. you should seek counseling to help you deal with these feelings before it becomes a bigger problem in your life or the lives of those of your instant affection.
