12, and no, it doesn't bother me. I didn't go completely gray, I just have it sporadically through my hair. But as I'm naturally blonde, it doesn't show up strongly, so doesn't bother me in the least.
On the other hand, my sister-in-law started going gray at 16 and went completely gray by 19. She was a dark brunette so it was very obvious and bothered her immensely. She is now 32 and has been dying her hair ever since then.

I haven't yet, but my husband is a different story. He started getting gray hair around age 14 or so. He is now 24 and it's coming in pretty quickly. He doesn't mind though, because it's a conversation starter that comes in handy with the business that he is in. His mom went gray young, too.

I am a Boomer. Actually, my hair is starting to gray very slowly. I only have a few strands near the temples, hardly noticeable. If I part my hair a certain way a few strands show more. I am going to celebrate my gray hairs because then I won't have to highlight artificially anymore.
My mom grayed in her 30s so I guess I am lucky.
I think its kinda punk chic.

I was about 32 when I noticed that I had gray hair. It doesn't bother me, I think it adds to my allure. Plus now people are more likely to believe me when I say I'm 37. I do dye my hair, but I've been doing that since I was 17.

I was in my mid-30's when the gray hairs started showing up. I'm 41 now and still only have a few. It doesn't bother me - I have yet to dye my hair.

When I turned 45, I noticed a few in the front, on my right side. I'm now 53 and have a silver streak, in the same spot. It doesn't bother me at all.

I noticed 2 at the age of 28, and I STILL have just those SAME 2 at 40! I just keep pluckin' them out, and they keep growing back! I don't mind though, because MOST people my age that I know have LOTS MORE! =)
