House values vary wildly by geographical location. There ARE websites which offer to do so for you, but they generally direct you to a local real estate agent for the valuation. Do NOT trust your county or city assessment valuation as an indicator of fair market value. While some are reasonably accurate, some are simply a joke.

Just a few days ago, I responded to a question from an asker who had just purchased a house for about $150K, and his assessed valuation was less than $15K. Take that for what it is worth.

I'm afraid there is no such site that tells you how much your home is actually worth, but there are some really great places to scope out what kind of homes are in your area market, that might have some of the same features as yours.
One of then is www.zillow.com. This is really the closest you will get to a kelly blue book, pay more attention to what has been sold then what is for sale because thta is what the public thinks is a fair home price.
Also to to rmls.com and see what other homes in your are are going for with the same amount of SQ and features. This should give you a better idea of how to price your home. If you still have trouble, call a agent, they will have a lot of information on homes that have sold in your area and help you price it.

You have a few options. Try zillow.com Also, you can ask a few local real estate agents for comparable sales. The value of your house depends on whether your market is appreciating or declining. If your market is declining, then you want to price below the recent sales. Do not price high in a declining market because you will just have to chase the market down. Also, if you are selling, avoid choosing an agent just because they give you a high estimate for your house's value. I call that "buying a listing". Be realistic--houses are still selling, especially ones that are priced correctly for the current market conditions. Best of luck!

I am not aware of such a site, however, you can get an estimate of how much your house is worth at your city's local site or courthouse. Some cities have this information online, so just do a search.
