Judging by the other questions you've posted recently, this is a calculus problem.

You want the integral from 1 to 7 of (12/x+1)dx, I'm guessing.

12ln(x) + x | (1,7) =
12ln(7) + 12 - 12ln(1) - 1
12ln(7) + 11
34.35

It would help to clarify the question. "How many after seven days" might mean (a) "How many [cars per day are being sold] after seven days" or it might instead mean (b) "How many [total cars have been sold] after seven days." I'm guessing (b) because it fits with the theme of other problems you have posted recently, but others are answering (a).

12/7 + 1 = 2 5/7
but you can't sell a fraction of a car,

so the total has to be 2 cars.

if u meant 12 / (x+1) then 1.5 cars
