I have these lovely gorgeous cubic zirconia hoop hearing and now it has kind of lost its shine and the sparkle that the stones used to give so can someone please suggest me how to clean them and make it shine like as if I were wearing real diamonds......

I clean all of my real diamonds and CZ's with Windex.
I spray it on, scrub them with an old toothbrush and they just sparkle away! CZ's are worth buying because no one can tell the difference. Even a Jeweler will use a special tool to determine a synthetic stone or real one. Enjoy your BLING :-)

Possibly spray/soak in windex cleaner, then get old toothbrush and scrub stones, rinse with warm water.

Soak them in a mixture of sudsy ammonia and water. Wear rubber gloves when handling the ammonia and water solution. Remove the jewelry and brush it with a soft brush and try with a towel. I think you will be pleased.

oh my god. just throw them out their not even worth cleaning let alone buying.
