Give myself a spa... take a bubble bath and just get really comfortable in sweats and all.

I eat ice cream, popcorn, whatever. When I'm upset, I don't care about calories.

I read "comfort books" -- for me, Harry Potter books that I've already read a trillion times. Others I like are the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and deep books, like The Five People You Meet in Heaven. [but it makes me cry, which can make it worse.]

Then I watch a favorite movie and listen to my favorite songs. Always makes me feel better. =]

Read a book. You can escape into another person's life for a little while at least until you feel better.

I try to find a friend to hang with or Y!A or EAT or Watch TV smoke a little 420! Or take a long nap. That's pretty much it!

I go to my room and make myself really comfortable then ill listen to some music and browse through fashion magazines. I really like some time alone with myself for a few hours then ill talk with my bestfriends over the phone. =)

go to subway and get a foot long oven roasted chicken breast sandwich with bacon, provolone cheese, tomatoes, lettuce,salt and pepper, Eugenio, on a hearty Italian bread

and I eat it with a vanilla elephant tracks/chocolate mixed shake....it's like heaven on earth I tell ya.

I'm a healthy guy, but with that meal, and talking about it with my family of course...I feel a whole lot better!

Listen to music, have a good talk with my closest friends or just spend some time alone.

watch a good movie..eat some junk food..hang out with some friends...thats what i usually do... sleep works too..when you wake up you feel a lot better...hope i helped
