spirituality is a relationship with a higher power and is a metaphysical term for being in touch with this power, usually through prayer and meditation. it's an inner knowing that transcends intelligence.
religion is a system to reach a spitiual state (or this relationship) and is accompanied by practices, rituals and rules.
a philosophy is a system of beliefs and maxims of thought that aid the intellect and spirit to reach a more evolved state of thinking. usually not accompanied by practices. (Except buddhism does have practices-- so there is debate whether it is a religion or a philosophy).

Spirituality is the awareness that reality is created from a source and that source could be you. Religion is what you believe or suppose is true; whether you can see the full reality of that perception. Philosophy is your owns ideas that you continue to have for a long or short period of time. The connection between these is that you can create reality whether it is in the mind or in or out of a physical universe. The difference among these things is how real - real- is to you or others , which actually doesn't matter.

My personal thought . . .
.
Spirituality...To listen to the "voice" of (God) the One. To listen to the voice of the soul. The messages heard are connected from self...to soul...to (God) the One. There is a sense of responsibility as it's harder to " hide " from ones self.
.
Religion...To listen to the words of an organized church or temple. To hear the words of " man " (or woman) at a pulpit, a small gathering, a book etc. Expressed, respectfully so, as precious as those words are. One can hear those words and walk out the door of that temple or church. One can close a book, etc. And, maybe, have a out of sight...out of mind...thought or non-thought to what was " heard " from that building, gathering or book source.
.
Philosophy...A blend of spirituality and religion ? When one listens to the " voice " of the soul while also sharing those thoughts with others and hearing of theirs. Thus they respectfully " debate ", share, wonder, grow in insight, knowledge, awareness.
.
Top of my head . . . that's my thoughts for reply to you question.
