if you are still using Word for XP. select the paragraph to format. then on the Menu bar, click on Format, then Columns (If the columns option does not appear, there should be a double arrow down at the bottom of the menu list. click it). then enter the number of columns you desire. you may equalize their width if you like, put lines in between. just try and see what else you can do.

I usually just type the first column's info then hit tab 2 times and type the 2nd column's info then tab 2 times and type the 3rd column's info. make sure your page margins are set to .5 on the left and right margins so you have enough room. If you want 3 columns and that doesn't work try working in Excel. Alot easier to make columns. Hope that this helps

Ok - go to Format>Columns>and put it at 3
You may need to change the page margins - File> Page Setup > Change left and right to something like 0.5
You may also have to landscape the page

At the top, click Insert, then Table then 3. You can aso insert a text box, but the table version i preferable for formatting reasons.
