It's a bad school,they sell drugs in the bathroom,and the teaching isn't good.

Then...don't go there. Or, if you have to, remember, it isn't the school that will get you into trouble...its you if you decide to make bad choices. And, frankly, to say the teaching isn't too good without even attending is silly.

This is not a question that can be properly answered on line. Are your parents aware of this problem? How do you know "the teaching isn't good?" Maybe it's all rumor. Your parents should go to a PTA meeting and talk to other parents, especially those who already have children in the school.
However, in the long run, it's up to you. You don't have to buy drugs just because they're being sold. And you can study and do well no matter who the teacher may be. If you're scared to go from elementary to middle school, don't be. Everyone goes through a few days of stage fright, but we all live through it.

Have a talk with the principal about how you feel about the school.
Or, talk with your parents. Tell them you feel extremly uncomfortable at this school with its...issues it has. Your parents will understand you don't want to be around kids with drugs.
You also shouldn't ask us if you're going to get in trouble. We don't decide things for you, you do! You're the one to decide if you'll get into trouble or not. But if someone offers you drugs, take the drugs, throw them in the dealer's face and scream "Oh my Gooood! Nooo!"

Get a tutor and go to the bathroom at home.
