Deleting from the recycle bin purely deletes the information region, it may nonetheless be stumbled on with restoration application. i could advise which you get a record shredder, which overwrites the deleted record with countless a million's and 0's. Then that is fairly lots unrecoverable. There are loose courses everywhere in the internet that would undelete products from the recycle bin.

What is right with it - anything?

You must be able to reinstall Windows.

Make sure you backup any data you want first.

Boot from the installation disk and make sure you format the disk, before re-installing.
