Yes, it's telling you to stay out of trees. If you believe in Omens.

Good cultural literacy, thought, Most people have forgotten that birds are among the most superstition laid creatures in the world.

If a bird flies into your house and then out again - someone is going to die. If it stays, someone will get sick. Kill the bird and the person will get better.

Storks bring babies.

Sparrows supposedly sing right before the birth of a baby.

Crows are bad omen. There are thousands more.

And that's where we should start. What kind of bird? small or large? If it was a Sparrow or Dove, it's probably a good open. A crow or Black bird, bad. If it was an ostriche or an Emu - it's means you need to go to the hospital right away!

But I've never seen a superstition about a bird flying into your head. I figure there's one out there, but I wouldn't worry. :)

Everything is an omen, really. There is a reason for everything, nothing happens by accident. We just need to learn to realize these omens and how to interpret them easily. The more "wild" the omen, the more "dramatic" the outcome, or so it would seem. Many people feel that birds represent freedom, as they can soar up into the sky where there are no obstacles and go wherever they wish, and then return to the Earth once more. Also because of this I suppose you could view them as almost having two aspects: one that departs and one that returns. What that means to you is up to you. Also, one could consider birds as messengers. Some view them as messengers to the gods. There is a phrase that begins, "a little bird told me...". To me, birds also represent awareness, since they can soar above almost anything on this planet and can witness everything--taking place outside, at least. They are like the wind. They start out one place and end up in another, carrying stories and memories with them. The head is where your brain is located, the most important of all your body's organs. This is where all of your though processes take place and essentially the center of your very physical being. This is where messages from your nerves are sent and this is where commands are sent out from. The head can represent many things depending on who you talk to. To some it may represent wisdom or intelligence. To others it may represent the most spiritual aspect of our being, as it is the part of our body closest to the heavens, the part from which our crown chakra/aura reaches out. Putting these two things together, this could mean several things. Only the recipient can truly and accurately interpret dreams and omens and other such things that are presented to them, but I could offer some suggestions to help get you started. If this were an omen suggesting a more obvious outcome, which is rarely the case, one possibility could be that maybe you will face a situation where you must open your mind a bit more to new ideas, to mentally or spiritually be ready to embrace change, or perhaps let go or "detach" from something that should be far below you by now. In a case of a less obvious outcome, one possibility could be that maybe you will face a situation where you must spiritually reach out in order to find happiness or freedom. Or perhaps you will need to prepare yourself for an uncertain future, or look ahead or beyond to find the answer to one of your life's questions. I hope this helped at least slightly! Blessed Be )O(
