i need/want to gain more height im 12 years old 5'5"-to-5'6" but i really want to grow really tall at august i was 5'1"-5'2" but i wanna go pro playing basketball and there's only one "sucessful" 5'6" footer spudd webb and he wasn't that succesful, so any kind of help that would lenghten my spine and increase my "future" heigth (2 years ago i was 4'6") amino acids? milk/calcium? more hours of basketball (3-5 daily) please any help would be apreciated
PS:i know there's this math thing which you add and subtract multiply,etc. to with 99% will be your maximum height but I think I'm in that rare 1%, also i need help on leghntening my spine

depends on your family genes but id say drink lots of milk and dont smoke because smoking and drinking coffee stuns growth.............it will happen just be patient

I'm sorry to have to tell you but there is no way that you can lengthen your spine. Your growth is controlled by the posterior pituitary gland located deep within your brain. There is no way to alter that or speed up your growth patterns.

You haven't finished growing. You are twelve years old and you won't hit your maximum height until your early twenties. There is no safe way to alter your growth patterns.

How previous are you? as quickly as you're youthful than 20, do now no longer undertaking approximately it. only enable puberty take its direction. as quickly as you're a grown guy the only ingredient i'll think of of of must be to artificially seem taller, eg. with the shoes you place on.
