Does the uterus actually contract during sex? If so, what are possible reasons for this not happening? I have not been able to have an orgasm through oral or sexual intercouse. Any suggestions?

It has contracted before, but i only happens for a second and it has only happened a few times. What can he do to stimulate me before he has his way with me?

I have tried masterbation, but I cannot turn myself on or get myself off for the life of me. Maybe I just don't know what to do...

It doesn't have to be a chemical or biological problem...although it's possible.
If you have any mental reservations about letting go during sex or intimacy, it can put a damper on your ability to have an "o". If you really trust your partner, and they are receptive to you but you are still having problems, maybe see if you can see a counselor and talk about any intimacy issues that might be lurking. Good luck to you!

I have been where you are I had been married for four years and divorced with 2 kids and it was with my 2nd husband I finally had one maybe 5 at the most but my 3rd husband is totally different. He made me feel comfortable in everyway. About how I looked he showed me so much love I was satisfied emotionally then he didn't stop untill I was satisfied physically.Like if he hit a spot that felt good I'd tell him I also bought something called eggs or torpido. They vibrate on the out side and you control the speed. You can also talk to your obgyn about your problem but you will probley find the answer your are seeking by your self just relax and don't get frustrated if it doesnt seem to work try something else. Best of luck.

The uterus can contract during sex, a result of the release of a hormone Oxytocin from the posterior part of your pituitary gland. It is not synonymous with female orgasm.

If it is not contracting it could be because: you don't have a uterus or a pituitary - you have medications that interfere - you are not releasing the oxytocin or you are not responding to it.

Practice - with and without a partner. Practice relaxing - it's like the whole trying to get to sleep dilemma, the more wound up you get about it the harder it is to do.

The cervix contracts during orgasm, not the uterus. As for getting orgasm, women need to concentrate on their orgasms. Try relaxing for a while before you try. The gently rub your finger tip around the head of your clit - (if you don't know where it is, It's about an inch down from the start of you outer labia at the front. Rub around there until you feel a pea-sized bump - that's your clit. Rub around thatfor a while. You'll begin to feel like you have to pee (You don't - that's an orgasm starting to build) Keep rubbing while the feeling grows. Eventually, it will explode into an orgasm. The first orgasm may be very slight and you may miss it. If you continue to rub around the clit, the next orgasm will be stronger. An alternative is to gently rub your finger along the bumpy section of the entrance to your vagina. That often produces a stronger orgasm.

The best thing to do is to practice on yourself. Once you find the best way to acheive an orgasm, then you can instruct your partner how to do it. Try getting a vibrating bullet . You can get it at any sex shop, or go to www.tootimid.com. They specialize in stuff just for women. Use the bullet on your clit and it will blow you away! Good luck!

Have you tried masturbating? Get to know your body and what you like and then try it with a partner and let him/her know what you want them to do.
