i am talking like esp the internet and printing stuff. Its not like i am wasting time as i do these in my spare time

technically yes. Some companies have programs that enable them to track employee usage. If you are worried so much quit doing what causes you to be nervous.
I.E. don't scan the net during downtime if you think you will get in trouble for it!

Most large companies monitor everything on their local networks and everything on conected computers. After all, it is business equipment that they own, they have a legitimate interest in knowing what you're doing with it. Expect that every keystrok on your machine is logged and analysed.

Yes, they may have a program that can tell them everything by keystrokes. Don't be surprised to get talked to about it.

yes for web cruisng, if they bother to track the activity.
most large orgs do.
