The only Monkee that really played an instrument was Peter Tork. The others faked it. Mike Nesmith is now a very good record producer and his mom invented Wite-out. I think his mom rocks more!!!

Look for the 1968 movie: "Head".

No.They are a manufactured band.Comparable to the Spice Girls or IN SYNC.

i don't think they rock actually but, i must admit, sometimes if one of their songs comes on, i'll sing along.
