'The liberals' are a strawman argument to start with. Just like the 'far left'. Many of these 'questions' are right off the lips of the right wing talk show bozos who get their talking points from the right wing 'think tanks'. Why not just suggest an issue?

I agree and would note that this question could also be asked as "why do conservatives?"

Don't complain about strawman arguments with a strawman argument.

Those people (both radical liberals and radical conservatives) dont know the difference between politics and entertainment. They just think its about picking on the other side . They don't relize that true politics involves trying to establish middle grounds between two different veiws in resolving a common social cause through civilized debate. Not just flexing the muscles of ones political party and bashing other political with overly simplistic critique. As much as we may dislike the veiws of other political parties, it is the fact that our nation has multiple parties that keep our country a democracy.

Good question. I think they ask so many questions about liberals because they're confused. I swear, I think some of them spend more time coming up with clever names to call liberals than contemplating the issues. I'm proud to be a liberal and have no association with the current administration.

I agree. Whenever some "question" starts out in generalizations or pre assumptions I know it is just to irk someone, bait people, or play games. It can't be a serious question. Amazing how much can be gotten about a question simply from how it is phrased.

I believe that those questions are from people who think that everyone who doesn't agree 100% with them is 100% the opposite.

Because liberals have created so many jobs for conservatives on radio and tv. What would rush, o'reilly, hannity and a host of others talk about if it weren't for liberals. Slamming liberals is good business.

Is it really any different then those from the left suggestion the "cons" want, the neocon agenda, etc etc? The right wing folks have talk radio to get their talking points - which leads me to wonder where the left wing agenda gets theirs? Email? CNN?

You get a lot of rants phrased as questions. It's not a strictly conservative phenomenon, either. You get a lot of "When will neo-cons realize..." and the like, as well.

You are spot on but I hate to see the sorts of "answers" you'll get from those "questioners." It seems attempting real debate or discussion in here is futile. It's a shame.
