No. If I sense the need to flip out I am able to focus that energy into something productive like cleaning or exercise.

yeah i did like five seconds ago. i was having a good time in my room listening to music and singing and i look at my bed and i notice that it looks like the blankets are completely trampled and it smells like a BIG FAT DOG. I HATE THAT! he knows he is not allowed in my room and i say JACK GET OUT IOF MY ROOM, and my parents only say, be nice to the dog blah blah blah. well maybe i WOULD if he would stay out of my room. and yes i know close my door, the thing is, HE KNOWS better and for a while i could leave my door open but he started to do it again and it is becuase he is STUPID!

according to my husband, yes; and often.
But if you ask me, no.. I am a rational person who acts in a rational manner... just don't piss me off, or go against my wishes... cuz then, well yes I can flip out... but not with out proper warning first!

sometimes, when things have been really stressful, and I am tired
Like in january I had three sick kids for 6 weeks, my bank account froze because my husbands pay check bounced, and like ten others things went wrong, and then i bought the wrong kind of noodles for spaghetti and cried for like 20 minutes
