I think he will have an amazing impact on the Vikings. He's going to get some great plays there.

Could be the steal of the draft. The Vikings are a club with a major focus on the running game and a healthy Peterson could be logging major time with plenty of carries in the regular season.

The Vikings haven't had a decent running game since Robert Smith.

Peterson could have a frustrating year on that offense.

not a big one. hes to young to do anythin on a mediocre line. he runs to high and is very injury prone. he trys to hard to run over lineman which is gonna be an issue against an nfl lineman because they r about 30 pounds heavier. plus the vikings dont run the ball much anyway. hes in the bears conference so he might not make it past week 10. the vikings need a duel running back system or they need sumone to smack adriane and tell him to drop his pads and run for those 4 or 5 instead of 40 or 50 and gettin cracked be hind the line and crackin his collarbone.

Deshawn Foster is listed as the starter in Carolina over DeAngelo Williams. Chester Taylor is listed as the starter over Adrian Peterson. Thomas Jones is listed as the starter over Leon Washington. 1st I would check the injury report I think Thomas Jones was hurt. If he's not & all the starters are listed to play I would play Peterson. I live in MN & they talk about juggling him & Chester Taylor. Plus I think he's the best of the three & he is better than Taylor also. I don't think they would take him out at the goal line either.

He'll have an average impact. Leave it to the Vikings to pass on a QB that you could start a franchise around but no! I feel bad for Viking fans me being a Packer fan I'm glad they passed on Brady Quinn.

well chester taylor was rather overused last year. giving adrian peterson some runs will take some of the load off of him, who had a ton of carries last year. It will give some ease to tarvaris jackson, who needs all the help he can get. And by the way, hes been called totally healthy by team doctors.

He's a super talent and will do great.

Unfortunately, Brad Childress is just a nut case waiting to explode and he'll ruin the Vikings for several years.

Not much. The Viking don't really scare team defenses.
