YES! When a woman says no, it is no. Period. What happens to the vow of respect when a husband forces himself on her? It is still wrong for any man to rape a woman, any woman. And if the wife says no, then it qualifies as rape. Or when she is on prescribed sleeping pills the night before a huge dental appointment ( yep, those wonderful "painless" procedures that you sleep through). If a woman can't, or won't say yes, then it is no, and he learned when he was a teen how to take matters into his own hands. He should be charged, prosecuted, and serve time.

The concept of rape is so vile that the average person closes off their mind to any possible excuse for it.

Your question however is vague.
Example:
"Do you agree with the law which states that a wife should be charged for speeding?"

Just because a woman is a wife does not mean she also speeds? (Now replace the words "woman" and "speeds" with "man" and "rape").
There is a disconnect from what you have written and what can be implied.
If a person has committed a crime and has been caught then of course the person to which the crime was against should have the option to press charges or not at their discretion.

Today its a new world , the women of today don't keep hush about domestic violence and they never should . you don't own the little woman you are partners equal and with the same rights . as you can see by all the other answers no one is going to say that you can force your self on a woman just because you signed that wedding certificate , rape is definitely just that rape, there is no grey area its black and white if you force your way on a woman or man for that matter you will be liable and answerable to the law .

If men could get away with rape just by marrying the girl, all rapists would walk free.
The people who said that was stupid to charge a man for rape if he was married to his rape victim where obviously immature and sexist.

Absolutely. It doesn't matter if it is a casual relationship or a marriage. Rape is rape, it has the same consequences regardless of the relationship between the attacker and the victim. It could even be more traumatic to be raped by a spouse, because of the implied committment and respecet. No simply means no, regardless.

Only when the law and its support system is, and is applied, equal to both genders. Many such systems favour the woman, making the system unfair. Even physical violence support is generally applied in favour of women even though there's a real increase in household violence by women.

But to answer your question, yes. Rape by either gender should be a crime, because it's not about love or even sex, it's about control.

Yes, rape is rape. When any woman says no, it means no.
A wife should never lose her right to be respected just because she is married. I am quite sure the trauma of being raped by her husband is just as demeaning as if it was a boyfriend. If you are married how would you fill if your wife raped you with a strap-on or dildo?
This type of behavior is mentally destructive.

Hell yes. She is not his property to do with as he chooses. Its not any different than raping a stranger, rape is rape regardless. I personally think all rapists ought to be punished by having it done to them over and over so they see what it feels like. Rape is something that stays with a person all their lives. It affects the way you live, the way you think and even if you eventually "deal" with it, it still controls your life to some extent.

When a woman says "No" she means NO, it doesn't matter if she is married to the man in question or not. If he forces himself upon her it is rape.
