Spend a bit of money, and get them professionally done. Ask them lots of questions along the way, and then try to maintain the upkeep by yourself at home.

1) Trim them. Use an clean, old mascara wand or spoolie & a small pair of cuticle scissors.
"Below is a six step guide on how to trim your eyebrows.
1. Brush brows straight up and then check for hairs that are too long.
2. Snip any offending hair one at a time with a small pair of scissors.
3. Brush brows downward and check again.
4. Repeat the previous step, snipping any hair that seems to be too long.
5. Brush brows into place and check for any hairs that still might need attention.
6. Continue brushing and snipping until your brows can be brushed into place naturally.
Tips on Eyebrow Trimming -
When trimming eyebrows with straight scissors, never trim more than one or two millimeters. Also be careful about trimming the space between the eyebrows. The space should never be wider than one inch for most people.
No matter which option you pick for trimming the eyebrows - do one hair at a time. Go slowly. Trim a tiny bit and reassess. Plan on taking 5 minutes to do a good trimming job. "

2) Get them professionally waxed, plucked or threaded @ a salon & maintain the look @ home.
3) Use clear mascara or brow gel to keep them in place during the day. Comb them into place and dab them w/ a tiny bit of Vaseline to "train" them in the evening.

Go to a Salon and get your eyebrows waxed, and stay on top of the waxing. Your stylist should be able to get them under control in a few waxings. If that doesn't work, try some hair gel.

I have also had problems with my eyebrows getting to bushy. How I tame mine is to take a fine tooth comb, comb through your eyebrow starting at the area closest to you nose:Using a small sharp pair of scissors trim a little off of the hair sticking out of the comb at a time leaving the hair next to the nose longer, and going a little shorter as you work you way to the opposite side. If your not overzealous with the scissors, this should work great!

you can get them waxed...or plucked...or do either yourself....it 's not very expensive to get them done....you can also comb them up and cut the long ones along the shape of the eyebrow... easiest to let a professional do it.

Mac clear brow finisher. They work on mine and I got some crazy ones. Also, they work on my BF and his brows are nuts. They grow straight up in the center and then are really sparse at the ends. After some grooming and the MAC borw finisher, they look gooood...... Hope it helps and good luck!
