Obviously your not too intelligent... The mission in Iraq was Accomplished... Saddam was captured and his Regime was destroyed.. However during the process Terrorist flooded Iraq and in result we had to stay and train their Military to handle the situation their selves, unfortunately that's not something that can be done overnight. We do need to start pushing the Iraqi soldiers to defend their country on their own a little harder... But We couldn't just leave them to do it without the necessary tools to do so.
