Upon my return last night, I read his Campaign speech of the other day, and I feel totally enthused....

Obama for President '08... without a doubt.

Preach it brother!
I just finished reading his book, and I loved it. That man is either the most honest man in Washington, or he is the best damn liar in Washington. Either way, he's got my vote.

Obama is good (for a socialist) but he doesn't even come CLOSE to the man Kennedy was.
Kennedy gave the biggest tax cut in history (measured in percentage) to the top money makers in America.
That was very conservative and kicked off an economic boom.
Obama wants to INCREASE taxes on the same group which will kill the economy and the prospect of jobs.

I still think he wants too much government involved in our lives. If he backs the Fair Tax, and no amnesty for illegal aliens, securing our borders, and winning in Iraq then I will consider voting for him. Otherwise, I can't see myself voting for him.
I'd like to see him get a few more years of experience. He seems like he may be able to break the party lines and work in a truly bipartisan manner. I'd like to see that.

How about if someone... anyone... give me one (1) good reason to support this man other than the fact that he's black?! His speech was horrible. His platform is unsound at best. And his past is more obscure than an ink blot test.
