What are some good sites to go to to get legitimate free samples without having to complete offers?

Try the Wal-mart site. You usually just have to give your name and address, and maybe answer one or 2 questions. An e-mail address is usually optional, so SPAM is also not an issue. They don't have a lot of things on there, but they seem to add or change the samples every week or 2.
