First, I don't think it is smart to give the location of where you work. If you are not referring to yourself, then referring to somebody else (perhaps somebody you do not like?) is mean and immature.

I do not understand your question. Are you saying that there is a scarf at the 7-Eleven? When you say "them", are you referring to the job or the name brand or clothing? Also, who is "she"? If this person is exhibiting poor customer service, she should be reported.
