Check with park hyatt they have suites that are pretty big. The biggest is composed of multiple rooms.

The only way you're going to get a hotel to put 10 in a single suite/room is if you sneak them in. It'll be cheaper to get 3 rooms and split rather than the large penthouse presidential suite.

You would have to probably rent the penthouse suite at any of the big hotels. $2000-3000 a night.

There is no such thing, hotels won't allow occupancy that high. It's not allowed by the city and not in their best interest.
